Profis weighing system | Tilt sensor

Profis weighing technology – Who weighs wins!

No calibration. Top up the spreader hopper up and off we go! There is nothing simpler.

The weighing system offers controlled convenience and more reliability. It enables on-line determination of the different spreading material properties with two 200 Hz load cells – providing a high level of measuring accuracy. It automatically compares the actually applied rate with the pre-determined rate. Deviations in the flow characteristics, for example when spreading blended mineral fertilisers, are detected and the spreader is re-adjusted automatically via the electric metering shutter slides. In addition, the applied rate is accurately documented for field-related nutrient application. In addition, the applied rate is accurately documented for field-related

nutrient application. In addition, the application rate can be altered at any time by pressing a button on the ISOBUS terminal.

Tilt sensor for steeper sloping terrain

On the Profis system, any possible effects of gravity on the measuring of the hopper contents are taken into account during work with the help of a tilt sensor: A twin-axis tilt sensor that assesses the front and back tilt as well as to the left and right, corrects measurement errors that may arise when going up and down hills or when driving across a hillside.

So that the alignment of the ZA-V can be successfully kept in the horizontal position, the angle of the ZA-V Profis Tronic and ZA-V Profis Hydro is displayed comfortably in the ISOBUS terminal.

Low level sensors

When spreading on slopes, or when border spreading, one hopper tip can empty quicker than the other. In order to check each outlet apertures individually, AMAZONE therefore additionally offers low level hopper sensors. If uneven emptying occurs, the empty hopper tip is graphically displayed on the operator terminal in red, so that the driver is warned in good time.

Spread pattern simulator

The spread pattern simulator gives an intuitive introduction to how a fertiliser spreader works. Optimal settings for a variety of combinations of fertilisers and working widths can be clearly displayed and the influence that wind and fertiliser quality have also shown. Try it for yourself…

Precision in mineral fertiliser application

Amazone offers ever more efficient and precise machines and processes, so that the agricultural sector can retain its competitiveness and future viability and operate more sustainably at the same time.

SmartLearning - EasyCheck

Precise spreading made easy – a digital, mobile test kit for the easy optimisation of the lateral distribution. Instead of using the test trays, as with the normal mobile test kit, the EasyCheck system consists of just 16 lightweight rubber mats and the EasyCheck App for smartphones.
